Fixing dynamics with wrong font

Sometimes you may a receive a score from someone else and the dynamics are not appearing in the normal font. To correct this:

  1. select all
  2. Edit > Filter > Dynamics
  3. change the font in the Text panel of Properties to Opus Text (not bold and not italic)


Thin Dynamics - I Want Big Ones

When entering dynamics, you must press <key>C</key>/Cmd (depending on your OS) along with the respective key (i.e. <key>C-f</key> for forte). Then Sibelius prints dynamics in bold.
Key commands are listed in the expression menu.
Note that you cannot batch-change wrongly placed dynamics, you have to do it by hand.
